Second reading Ordinance No. 12 -10645 vacating the right -of -way for Park Street west of Chicago
Street in the Elmdale Addition.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 12 -10645 was passed on first reading on June 18, 2012. Since that time no comments
have been received. The ordinance has been modified since first reading by substituting "street" for
"alley and requiring that the vacate area be retained as a public utility and drainage easement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt on second reading Ordinance No. 12 -10645 vacating the right -of -way for Park Street west of
Chicago Street in the Elmdale Addition.
