Second reading Ordinance Number 03-10153 amending Chapter 34, Article V, Sections 34-92,34-
93, and 34-96 of the Salina Code pertaining to Salina/Saline County Solid Waste Committee.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading July 7, 2003. Since that time no comments have been
received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 03-10153 on second reading.
