Background:
This ordinance was passed on first reading April 24, 2000.
Section 2, item 3 has been amended to reflect the City Commission's action on April 24, 2000.
Since that time no comments have been received.
Recommendation:
Adopt Ordinance Number 00-9975 on second reading.
