CM 07-03-1972June 30, 1972
To: Ail City Commissioners
From: N. D. Olson, City Manager
Subject: Monday, July 3, 1972 Commission Meeting
Staff Agenda:
#1 & 2. I believe these two proposed ordinances satisfy the
conversation of last Monday. You will notice Mrs. French
approved the Taxi Cab fares as proposed. We are also enclosing
a letter from the Mayor to Mrs. French requesting a current
financial statement from her. We have received nothing from
them, possibly she intends to deliver the information to each
of you personally.
#3. I believe Larry's letter is self-explanatory.
#9. The next phase of the Lakewood Project is for the land-
scaping improvements. It includes trees, grass and some grading.
This is still part of Phase I.
Other Items:
Jack and I visited yesterday concerning a possible date that
Jim Bucher could meet with the Citizens' Advisory Committee,
Planning Commission and City Commission concerning the CRP.
Since the next regular meeting of the Citizens' Advisory
Committee is July 11, We felt that this would be as good a date
as any and if you have no objections, we will plan on placing
the item on their agenda of that date as well as contact Mr.
Bucher.
Catherwood is wrapping up his Position Classification-Salary
Study with plans to place it on the agenda July 10.
I contacted Wilson and Company concerning the Water Study.
think they will have their report to us July 14.
They
My plans are to have the budget material to you July 7.
Upon proofing the Capital Improvement Program material given to you
last Monday, we found some clerical and financial errors that were
extended throughout the document. Tom also prepared a Table of
Contents and a couple divider sheets to separate a couple sections.
I would suggest you bring your books with you and the.,girls will
insert the corrected pages during the meeting.
