ORDINANCE 2nd Reading ~ Adopting the 1972 Accumulative Supplement
to the Uniform Building Code, amending the 1970 Edition of the
Uniform Building.Code Volumes I, IV, and V and the standards for
Volume I, which regulate the erection, construction, enlargement,
alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition,
occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of
buildings and structures; provide for the issuance of permits
and collection of fees therefor; declare and establish the
fire district and provide for penalties for violation thereof,
amending Section 9-18 of The Salina Code and repealing the
said existing section."
