Second reading Ordinance No. 12-10639 amending Chapter 13 of the Salina Code pertaining to Equal
Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 12-10639 was passed on first reading on May 14, 2012. Comments that have been
received have been forwarded to the City Commission.
The City Commission and staff will discuss the time line for implementation of the ordinance at
Monday’s meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt on second reading Ordinance No. 12-10639 am ending Chapter 13 of the Salina Code
pertaining to Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
