to petition for parking on Olcnd~_~le Ave south of Albert for
the purpose of building an apartment house four plex.
This building will be on lot 4 blk 7 Shalimar Plaza Add.
which at the present time is zoned light co'a~mercia!. Tihis kind
of a building would restrict an~ further commercial building on
this residential street,
We alson have plans for a building on the corner of Albert
and C, lendale for the location of our new Interior Decorating Store.
Ue will need this parking in order to keep w~tbin the city code
for parking spaces.
