The private sanitary sewer line installed in said easement shall be owned-by the Grantee and their successors in interest. The Grantee and their successors in interest shall be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the installation, -repair maintenance; - or--reinstallation--of any service lines placed---in-said easement in a proper, substantial and workmanlike manner and the restoration of the Grantor's property to the Grantor's satisfaction; It is expressly understood and agreed that the Grantee and their agents shall have the right of ingress to and egress on to the Grantor's property for the _ purpose of maintaining, repairing, and keeping the private service line in usable condition at all reasonable times. Grantor acknowledges that this Grant of Permanent Utility easement shall neither alter nor effect that Grantor's obligation to maintain the described real estate. Grantor hereby, covenants that it is the lawful owner of the described real estate and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
