%;'e, the undersigned, residents and property owners in the City of
Saline, Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for the
Ease~ent running 7 feet north of the south line of lot 8 and 7 feet on
the south side of the north line of lots 9 and 10, Block 2 in the Replat~
of a part of Bonnie Ridge, Addition to the City of Salina, Saline county,
Kansas be abandoned and vacated, save and except that the west twenty
f~¢Feet of said Easement is to re~ain in full Force and effect in order that
it it may properly tie into a new Easement being dedicated as sh~m below°
