Conditional Contract for Purchase of Vehicle (2006 Ford Explorer) CONDITIONAL CONTRACT FOR
PURCHASE OF VEHICLE
This Conditional Contract for Purchase of Vehicle ("Contract') is entered into this 14th day of April
2011, by and between the City of Salina, Kansas ("Seller") and Long McArthur Ford ("Buyer").
RECITALS
A. Seller owns a fully operable, brown, 2006 Ford Explorer 4x4, 1 FMEU73EO6UA55975,
with a current odometer reading of 83,692 miles (the"Vehicle").
B. Seller desires to sell and Buyer desires to buy the Vehicle in "As Is Condition".
The parties therefore covenant and agree:
1. Conditional Sale. Seller agrees to deliver the Vehicle, a clear certificate of title, and any
remaining factory warranties to Buyer no later than May 2, 2011, in exchange for$1.00 and identification
of Seller as the provider of the Vehicle.
2. Non-assignable. Due to the unique circumstances of this Contract, neither party shall
have the right to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder.
3. Binding Effect. This Contract shall be binding upon the parties and their successors and
assigns.
