Dear Commissioners and Mrs. Cooper:
The Planning Commission, on February l, 1972, by a unanimous
vote of all members present, recommends denial of Petition
#3219, filed by Dan Bolen, requesting rezoning of the East
50 Feet of Lot 4, Surveyor's Plat 8, City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, from Zone "D" (Local Business), to Zone "EE"
(Local Service District), for the following reasons:
1. The lot width does not meet the minimum lot require-
ment for 'lEE" zoning.
2. The structure existing does not meet the 20' setback
requirement set for Zone "EE'l.
There was no protest to this petition.
