Dear Commissioners and Mrs. Cooper:
The Planning Commission, on February l, 1972, by a unanimous'vote
of all members present, recommends approval of Petition #3212,
filed by George Wallerius, requesting rezoning of all of Block
2 & 3, Wallerius Addition, to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, from "D & A" (Local Business and Residential), to Zone
"D" (Local Business), contingent upon submission and approval
of a replat which will logically subdivide the area to minimize
the conflict between the approved "D" zoning and the land uses
adjacent thereto.
