WEEK IN SALINA". The Proclamation will be read by
Mr. Raymond Kreutzer, Assistant Director of the Salina
Area Vocational Technical School.
STAFF AGENDA
ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - "REQUIRING MERCHANT or Private Police to
to carry licenses and identification cards, amending Section 28-60
of The Salina Code and repealing the existing section."
ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - "PROVIDING for the equipment and marking
of vehicles used by Merchant or Private Police licensees."
ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - "PROVIDING for the fingerprinting,
investigation and examination of all applicants for Merchant
or Private Police license, amending Section 28-51 of The Salina
Code and repealing the existing section."
REPORT FROM THE CITY CLERK on protest petitions filed against the
improvements in Engineering Project 71-542. (The 20 day
protest period was up - February 3, 1972)
LETTER FROM THE SALINA CITY. PLANNING COMMISSION recommending the
approval of Petition 3207, filed by Dunlap Auto, Inc., for
the rezoning of Lots 4 and 5 and the South 87 feet of Lots
2 and 3, Replat of the West half of Block 10, Riker Addition
from District "D & A" (Local Business and Second Dwelling
House District) to District "EE" (Local Service District)
(Protest Petition Number 3213 was filed against the rezoning
by John Williamson on November 30, 1971).
LETTER FROM THE SALINA CITY PLANNING COMMISSION recommending the
approval of Petition 3212, filed by George Wallerius, for
the rezoning of all of Blocks 2 & 3, Wallerius Addition
from Districts "D & A" (Local Business and Second Dwelling
House District) to District "D" (Local Business District).
LETTER FROM THE SALINA CITY PLANNING COMMISSION recommending the
approval of Petition 3216, filed by Wayne Wise, for the
rezoning of Lot 5 and the North 35 feet of Lot 4, Block I,
Holiday Addition from District "D" (Local Business District)
to District "EE" (Local Service District).
LETTER FROM THE SALINA CITY PLANNING COMMISSION recommending the
denial of Petition 3219, filed by Dan Bolen, for the rezoning
of the East 50 feet of Lot 4, Surveyor's Plat 8, from
District "D" (Local Business) to District "EE" (Local Service
District).
