The Planning Commission, by a unanimous vote of all members
present, recommends denial of Petition #3198 filed by

16, Pacific Addition from Zone "B" (Two-Family Dwelling
'District) and Lots 1-3-5, Block 16, Pacific Addition from
Zone "E" (General Business) to Zone "F" (Light Industry).
