Second reading Ordinance No. 12-10629 amending Chapter 42, Article VI, Division 14 by amending
Section 42-268, 42-283, 42-318, 42-333, 42-362, and 42-382 pertaining to conditional and permitted
uses in the C-2, C-3, C-5, C-6, I-2, and I-3 districts and amending Article IV, General Use Regulations
by amending Section 42-60 by adding tattoo parlors and body piercing studios to the list of prohibited
home occupations.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 12-10629 was passed on first reading on February 6, 2012. Since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt on second reading Ordinance No. 12-10629 amending Chapter 42, Article VI, Division 14 by
amending Section 42-268, 42-283, 42-318, 42-333, 42-362, and 42-382 pertaining to conditional and
permitted uses in the C-2, C-3, C-5, C-6, I-2, and I-3 districts and amending Article IV, General Use
Regulations by amending Section 42-60 by adding tattoo parlors and body piercing studios to the list
of prohibited home occupations.
