RE: Heritage Commission Absence Report
Artic]e III, Section B of the Heritage Commission By-Laws, adopted on February
6, 1980, reads as follows:
"The Commission shall recommend to the C~ty Commission replacement of
any member who has three (S) consecutive absences from regular meetings."
It is w~th deep regret that I must now inform you that Wanda McMu]l~n has been
unable to comply with that section of the By-Laws. She has m~ssed the last
five (B) regular meetings and I must ask that you remove her from the Heritage
Commission and appoint a replacement. Ms. McMull~n's replacement must be a member
of the real estate profession and should be appointed to fi]] the remaining term
which expires November 26, 198S.
