(5.1) Public Hearing on the Proposed 1983 Budget including Revenue Sharing
Funds.
Resolution Number 82-3598 - adopting the 1983 Annual Budget.
First Reading Ordinance Number 82-8933 - providing for the adoption and
appropriation, by fund, of the budget of the City of Salina for the year
beginning January 1, 1983; and appropriating money from the various funds
to pay payrolls and claims against the City of Salina for the calendar
year 1983.
CONSENT AGENDA
(6.1) Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting August 2, 1982.
(6.2) Resolution 82-3599 - Requesting that the Director of Accounts and
Reports waive the requirements of law relating to the preparation of financial
statements and financial reports pursuant to 1981 House Bill 2041.
(6.3) Resolution N~mber 82-3600 - recommending that the Board of County
Commissioners vacate a portion of Marlow Drive and the public utility easement
in Mayfair Addition.
(6.4) Resolution Number 82-3601 - providing for the payment of a portion of
accumulated sick leave upon termination of employment; amending Section IV-4B
of the Personnel Manual.
(6.5) Resolution Number 82-3602 - adopting the Job Classification and
Salary Schedule for city employees, created pursuant to Section 2-61 of the
Salina Code and repealing Resolution Number 81-3576 and all previous
resolutions, motions or actions in conflict therewith.
(6.6) Resolution Number 82-3603 - concerning the Edward Street crossing of
the Union Pacific Railroad.

8. ADMINISTRATION
(8.1) Second Reading Ordinance Number 82-8918 - Amending Sections
36-609(1), 36-610(1), 36-611(1), and 36-1301(42) of the Salina Code and
repealing the existing sections. (Pertaining to drive-up windows, requested in
Zoning Application 82-7, filed by the City Planning Commission.)
(8.2) Request by the Salina Airport Authority to approve a tax levy
for industrial development. (Tabled at the July 19, 1982 meeting)
(8.3) First Reading Ordinance Number 82-8934 - levying special assessments
against certain lot's for cutting weeds.
(8.4) First Reading Ordinance Number 82-8935 - levying special assessments
against certaid lots for the abatement of nuisances.
