Second reading Ordinance No. 11-10621 amending Chapter 38, Article III of the Salina Code by
adding Division 2 pertaining to towing and storage of vehicles.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 11-10621 was passed on first reading on October 10, 2011. Second reading was
postponed from the October 17, 2011 meeting in order to allow staff to further review state statutes
regarding personal property. There were no changes to the draft ordinance presented to the City
Commission from the October 17, 2011 meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt on second reading Ordinance No. 11-10621 amending Chapter 38, Article III, of the Salina
Code by adding Division 2 pertaining to towing and storage of vehicles.
