The City Clerk should be instructed to publish a notice of the public hearing to be held May 10, 1982, and to mail a notice of the public hearing to each property owner in the benefit district. At the conclusion of the public hearing, an assessment ordinance will be introduced for first reading and passed on May 17, 1982. The total cost of the project is $24,085.25. Property Owner's Share = $21,785.25 City's Share = $ 2,300.00 COMMISSION ACTION MOTION BY SECOND BY TO: (Published in The Salina Journal NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN EASTRIDGE ADDITION [Engineering Project 80-671] , 1982) TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED: The Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, will meet in the City Commission Meeting Room, Room 200, City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, Salina, Kansas, on Monday, the lOth day of May, 1982, at four o'clock p.m., C.S.T. to consider the proposed assessments for the following improvements to-wit: Water main and Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 613. as authorized by Resolution Number 80-3522, passed by the Board of Commissioners on the 8th day of December, 1980. The total cost of such improvements to property owners is $21,785.25. The extent or boundaries of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is: That part of the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows, to-wit: Lots 2, 3, 4, Block 2, Eastridge Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
