(4.1) The Week of April 17 - 25, 1982 -"GROUND ZERO WEEK". The
proclamation will be read by John Black, Member of the Ground Zero Committee.
(4.2) Presentation of a plaque to the City Commissioners for outstanding
achievement in the recycling of waste metals, by American Recycling.
(4.3) The Week of April 18 through 24, 1982 -"NATIONAL YWCA WEEK".
The proclamation will be read by Donna Fitzgerald, President of the YWCA.

(6.1) Approve the minutes of the regular meeting April 5, 1982.

(7.1) Recommendation from the City Planning Commission that the final
plat of Lundberg Addition, located at the northeast corner of Cloud and
