Resolution Number 82-3577 determining the advisability of curbing, guttering,
paving, grading, storm sewer, water main, and sanitary sewer improvements,
estimating the cost thereof, defining the boundaries of the improvement district,
method of assessment, and apportioning the cost between the improvement district
and the city-at-large, was adopted February 22, 1982.
The adoption of Resolution Number 82-3578 is the next step in the process of
making these improvements.
