Petition Number 3827 - filed by Douglas G. Hill, representing
Linden Properties, Inc. and D.V., Inc., requesting street
improvements and storm sewers on the following streets: Linden
Drive from Nottingham Drive to Bentley Avenue; Sherwood Lane
from Nottingham Drive to Huntington Road; Huntington Road from
Sherwood Lane (north); and Bentley Avenue from Linden Drive to
Sherwood Lane.
This petition is valid as it is signed by 50% of the property
owners and represents 82% of the property within the benefit
district.
The petitioners have submitted certifications indicating they
are not delinquent in the payment of general property taxes or
special assessments on any property they own within the City of
Salina.
All drainage plans for the requested improvements have been
approved by our office.
The petitioners or their representative will be present at the
City Commission meeting to furnish additional information regard-
ing the need to develop the above property at this time, as re-
quired in Resolution No. 81-3570.
If the petitioners are able to furnish evidence satisfactory to
the City Commission to indicate a need within the City for the
requestedimprovements, it is our recommendation that authorization
be given to proceed with the preparation of the feasibility report
for this work.

The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated
on the attached olat and is described as follows: Part or all of Blocks 4, 5,
7, 8 and 9, Mayfair Addition.
