At their November 17, 1981 meeting, the City Planning Commission conducted
a public hearing on Application #Z8]-19.
After hearing all of the testimony presented and citing the difficulty
in using the property as proposed, even if rezoned, the Planning Commission
passed a motion by-a vote of six in favor and three opposed (6-3) to rec-
ommend that this application be denied.
