Ten of the thirteen lots sold prior to installation
of improvements, as developer we will keep one lot, thus leavng
three lots unsold. There is no other developement similar to
this as these are in the 10,000.00 $ price range with open
drainage giving the area aptmosphere of country living.
Section 2 (b) Ten lots already sold to individuals ~Tho have
unpaid taxes. Three lotsretained by petipioner who owns the
stock of American Builders of Kansas, inc., and have no unpaid
Taxes.
