Resolution Number 81-3570 - determining the policy of the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, in regard to the
installation of improvements in undeveloped areas within the City.
Attached are the proposed guidelines for the issuance of special
assessments for various public improvements. These guidelines
were drafted and developed following Commission action to remove
the deposit requirement for special assessments.
