(5.1) Public Hearing on the possible issuance of $3,000,000 Industrial
Revenue Bonds for Salina Southeast Development Company, Inc.
Adopt Resolution Number 81-3565 - Resolution of intent to issue
Industrial Revenue Bonds.

Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting October 5, 1981.
(6.2) Petition Number 3821, filed by Scott M. Price, for sanitary
sewer extension to serve Lot 9, Surveyor's Plat "J" of Mill Reserve No. 5
in the City of Salina. (South of Mulberry on Third Streeet)
(6.3) Petition Number 3822, filed by Richard B. Nelson, for the
vacation of two sanitary sewer easements in Lot l, Block 1, Replat of
a Replat of Lots 1 and 5 through 14, Block 1, Country Hills Addition
Number 2.
7. DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS
'(7.1) City Planning Commission files a Service Extension Plan for
the annexation of the Schwan Tract, 1312 Marymount Road. Annexation
Application 81-5.
Adopt Resolution 81-3566 setting December 21, 1981, for public hearing.

ADMINISTRATION
(8.1) Request by the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce to remove on-
street parking meters. (Tabled at the September 28, 1981 meeting)
(8.2) Second Reading Ordinance Number 81-8880 - levying special
assessments against certain lots and pieces of ground for the construction
of sidewalks on Fairdale Road and Ray Avenue. Engineering Project 81-
683.
(8.3) Second Reading Ordinance Number 81-8881 - providing that the
Board of Commissioners shall establish, by resolution, such license
fees, permit fees and other user type fees or charges as will adequately
compensate the City for its services rendered; providing for an annual
review of the same by the City Manager; and repealing all existing fees
in conflict with those established pursuant to this ordinance.
(8.4) Second Reading Ordinance Number 81-8882 - providing for the
fees and charges regarding applications for amendments of the Zoning
Ordinances or services to be rendered by the Planning Department in
connection with the administration of the zoning ordinances, of the City;
amending Section 27-4 of the Salina Code and repealing the original
section, enacting Section 27-5 of the Salina Code.
(8.5) Request by Development Consultants, Inc. for $150,000 Industrial
Revenue Bonds.
