Protest petitions must be submitted within 14 days after
the Planning Commission hearing if they are to be considered
as a legal requirement making necessary a 3/4 vote by the
City Commission.
REQUEST OF PROTESTERS
The persons presenting this protest petition request that Commissioner
Graves not participate in the proceedings regarding petition ~81-11 for the
reason that the petitioner, Robert Smalley, is represented by her husband's
law firm, Clark, Mize & Linville, Chartered.
