Petition #3808, filed by Bill and Deloris Pittenger requesting that a
rezoning application be filed on Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 8, Replat of
Dow Addition from "R-3" (Multiple-Family) to "R-I" (Single-Family)
At their April 7, 1981 meeting, the Salina City Planning Commission considered
Petition #3808 which you referred to them on March 23, 1981. At that time a
motion was unanimously approved (6-0) to deny this request and to recommend that
the City Commission do likewise.
