This is a revised water connection agreement to supply domestic
water to Camp Webster. The original agreement was signed in
1975 and this revision is necessary because of a change in church
affiliation and to allow certain revisions in the buildings within
the compound area.
You should authorize the Mayor ~to sign this agreement,
This is the City's standard water agreement, which provides a
connection charge of $350. In addition, the applicant agrees
not to protest annexation to the City in the future.
As you know, outside the City limits water customers pay an
additional 25% service charge. We have a copy of the agree-
ment if any Commissioner wOuld want ~.one.
