RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-4161
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND WILSON 6 COMPANY FOR THE DESIGN PHASE OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE EXISTING WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT NUMBER 1, THE ADDITION OF ADVANCED 'TREATMENT
FOR AMMONIA REMOVAL, AND ALL OTHER WORK APPURTENANT THERETO, IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($916,335).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the
City Clerk to attest an agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and
Wilson & Company for the Design Phase of certain improvements for the
rehabilitation of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant Number 1, the addition
of advanced treatment for ammonia removal and all other work appurtenant
thereto, in an amount not to exceed nine hundred sixteen thousand three
hundred thirty-five dollars ($916,335) .
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
22nd day of January, 1990.
