Second reading Ordinance Number 02-10116 providing for a change in zoning district classification
from R (Single-Family Residential) to 1-2 (Light Industiral) District, on property legally described as
Lot 1, Block 1, Cloverdale Annex to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and addressed as
1120 E. Prospect Avenue.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading November 25, 2002. Since that time no comments have
been received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 02-10116 on second reading.
