penditures with the pro-
ceeds of one or more se-
ries of general obligation
bonds and temporary
notes of the City in the
maximum principal
amount of $971,916.69.
Section 7. Recording.
The City Clerk shall file a
certified copy of this Ordi-
nance with the Register of
Deeds of Saline County,
Kansas.
Section 8. Effective
Date. This Ordinance
shall take effect and be in
force from and after its
passage, approval and
publication once in the of-
ficial City newspaper.
