(6.3) Set the date of November 23, 1983 to receive bids for Engineering Project 83-710. [Water main improvements on East fi, loud.] (6.4) Set the date of November 23, 1983 to receive bids for Engineering Project 83-711. [Street and storm sewer improvements in Mayfair Addition. ] (6.5) Resolution Number 83-3672 - determining the advisability of curbing, guttering, paving, grading improvements, estimating the cost thereof, defining the boundaries of the improvement district and the city-at-large.
