We, the undersigned, being the duly elected, qualified and acting
C~,,~,4ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, and constituting a majority
of tb~ Board of C~Lu,~ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, do hereby
waive notice ar~ consent to the holding of a special meeting of the
Board of C~,~,4ssioners on the 25th day of August, 1983, at 3:00 o'clock
p.m., for the purpose of considering the following:
Second reading of Ordinance ~83-8971:
An ordinance establishing a business improv~nent
district for the Downtown Business District of
Salina pursuant to the Business Imp~t
District Act.
