AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT
IN BLOCK 2, TWIN OAKS SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That a certain north-south utility easement between Lots
16 and 17, Block 2, Twin Oaks Subdivision of the City of Salina, Kansas, be and
the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
