GRANT OF PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
AutoZone Development Corporation, a Nevada Corporation, whose principal place of business
is 123 S. Front Street, Memphis, Tennessee, (the "Grantor"), being the owner of the
hereinafter described real estate which is part of the auto parts store site located on a portion
of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Hurd Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
addressed as 1916 South 9th Street in Salina, Kansas, does hereby give, grant, dedicate, and
convey unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, (the "Grantee")
A Permanent Drainage Easement, in.perpetuity, on the real estate legally described on
the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and depicted on the attached and incorporated
Exhibit B for the purposes of locating, constructing, excavating, and maintaining:
Stormwater detention facilities, including a detention basin, pipelines, ditches, swales,
rip rap and other erosion control devices for the purpose of collecting, detaining and
transmitting surface stormwater from the store site.

Grantor acknowledges that this Grant of Permanent Drainage Easement shall neither alter nor
affect the Grantor's obligation to maintain the easement area which shall continue to be
maintained in a state of good repair by the owner of the store site.
Grantor hereby covenants that they are the lawful owners of the described premises and have
the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
