GRANT OF PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
Salina Developments 1, L.L.C., a Missouri limited liability corporation, (the "Grantor"),
being the owner of the hereinafter described real estate which is part of the Salina
Airport site located on a portion of Lot 2, Block 4 of the Airport Industrial Center
Addition, Salina, Saline County, Kansas, does hereby give, grant, dedicate, and convey
unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, (the "Grantee")
A Permanent Drainage Easement, in perpetuity, on the 35,057 square feet of
real estate legally described ,on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and
depicted on the attached and incorporated Exhibit B for the purposes of locating,
constructing, excavating, and maintaining stormwater detention facilities,
including pipelines, ditches, swales, rip rap and other erosion control devices for
the purpose of collecting, detaining and transmitting surface stormwater from the
site.
Grantor acknowledges that this Grant of Permanent Drainage Easement shall neither
alter nor affect the Grantor's obligation to maintain the easement area which shall
continue to be maintained in a state of good repair by the Grantor.
Grantor hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of the described premises and has
the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on assumed bearing ofS 89050'58" W
along the North line of said Lot 2 a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of
Scanlan Avenue, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel to be described;
- thence S 00008'48" E along said West right-of-way line a distance of205.83 feet;
