from R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) to R-2 (Multi-Family Residential) on property legally
described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 5; Lots 1, 2, 19 and 20, Block 4; Lots 1, 2, 19 and 20, Block 3; and
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2; Eastview Estates Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading November 4, 2002. Since that time no comments have
been received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 02-10112 on second reading.
