Harrison BY: Second Reading Ordinance Number 84-9036 - levying ~special assessments against certain lots and pieces of property to pay the cost of cutting weeds on ~ certain lots and parts of lots and the Parkways abutting thereon in the City of Salina, Kansas. This ordinance was introduced for first reading on August 13, 1984. The minimum cost per lot is $50.00 except on sidewalk cleanup which is a lesser amount. The total to be assessed to property owners for weed cutting is $11,968.66.
