RE: Application #P81-ZA, filed by Laverne N. Lambertz, requestin9 approval of the
final plat of Lambertz Addition, located on the west side of South Ninth
Street, south of Mid-State Mall, north of the 81 Drive-In Theatre.
At their May 15, 1984 meeting, the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed the
final plat of Lambertz Addition. At that time, a motion was unanimously passed
(7-0) approving the plat, authorizing the chairman to sign it and recommending
that the City Commission also approve the plat.
To complete action on this plat, the City Commission must pass a motion approving
the final plat and authorizing the Mayor to sign it. After recording of the plat
with the Register of Deeds, the pending rezoning Application #Z81-1 on this tract
will be scheduled for 2nd Reading.
