Public hearing on the advisability of paving, grading, storm sewer and
sanitary sewer improvements in Fairway Estates Addition.
The public hearing was adjourned for two weeks at the May 7, 1984 meeting.
[Improvements were requested in Petition Number 3868, filed by Roy Presley]
At the conclusion of the public hearing, Resolution Number 84-3713,
determining the advisability of certain paving, grading, storm sewer and
sanitary sewer improvements in Fairway Estates Addition should be considered.
Some protestors have discussed this matter with the Engineering Department. I
doubt all of their concerns were answered. I want to assure the Commission we
are following the same policy that has been followed for many years in the
City and has been applied to thousands of parcels of property.
