Any municipality, township, county, or legally constituted sewer district, etc., wishing to
extend its sanitary sewer system is required by K.S.A. 65-165 and K.S.A. 65-166 to submit
an extension for review by the Division of Environment. Plans and specifications submitted
must comply with Division of Environment's"Minimum Standards of Desion for Water Pollution
