Salina, Kansas 67401
Gentlemen:
We propose to demolish three (3) structures, a/k/a the
"old horse barns", in Kenwood Park for a total sum of $250.00.
This includes the furnishing of all personnel, labor, materials,
equipment,.and services required to perform and complete all
work required for the demolition and clearance of the above
structures, trees adjacent to the structures, slabs, etc.
All foundations and footings shall be removed to a level
at least three feet below the adjacent ground. All concrete
floors and slabs shall be removed.
We shall remove all debris found on the site or which is
the result of demolition operations from the project site.
Immediately upon completion of the work, we shall remove all
surplus material of any nature from the site. The original
contour of the site is to be re-established by grading the
area to allow complete surface drainage of the site. All
salvaged materials shall become our property.
Before starting demolition, it shall be the responsibility
of Others to check that all utility service connections such as
water, gas, electric power, and telephone have been disconnected
in accordance with the regulations of the utility concerned.
We shall preserve in operating condition all active utilities
traversing the project site; protect manholes, catch basins,
valve boxes, etc.
