Dear Mr. Boyer:
This office has received correspondence from our Right of
Way Bureau, with a request from Lorraine Albers, requesting the
removal of access control on a portion�of the above referenced
project. The area is located south of Cloud Street and along
the east side of Centennial Road. We do not recommend the re-
moval of the access control as requested.
We have reviewed the area with your office and recommend
closing the existing entrance and relocating it as shown on the
plat map; also, opening the access control on the extreme south
property line which is also shown. These openings are for two (2)
dedicated streets. The access control, other than for the two (2)
openings noted above, will remain as is.
Please advise if your office concurs or does not concur with
our recommendation.

We have reviewed the recommendations as stated in your letter, dated
March 16, 1983, concerning a request from Lorraine Albers regarding the
removal of the access control along Centennial Road.
Your recommendation to close the existing entrance and to release
access control at the proposed two (2) dedicated street locations (Rodney
Road) (Rock Road) is acceptable to us. Our requirements for access control
along arterial streets will be satisified by your recommended course of
action.
Enclosed are legal descriptions of the modified access controls along
Centennial Road to close the existing entrance and to release access control
at the two (2) street intersections.
Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
