Our records indicate the existing zoning for 1811 Shady Bend Drive
(Part of Lots 5-6-7, Block 6, Replat of Moose Addition) is IIMHII
(Mobile Home Park District).
This tract is not presently included in a flood plain zone or is
not included in the 100 year flood boundary, as shown on the Preliminary
Flood Insurance Rate Map prepared by the Federal Emergency Management
Agency. This tract is, however, included in the 500 year flood boundary
as shown on the above map. This Flood Insurance Rate Map has not been
officially adopted by the City of Salina.
