This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation of June 11, 1984.
The Kansas Department of Transportation has scheduled an onsite inspection of
a railway -highway grade crossing with the Union Pacific Railroad Company at the
crossing of Center Street in Salina at 9:30 a.m, on June 20, 1984.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine the proper warning devices, if any,
to be installed at this location when Federal Funds (90%) under Section 203 of
the Federal Highway Act -1973 becomes available.
Arrangements have been made with your office and the railroad company involved.
