Alternatives considered and the reasons for not using them are as fol-

The improvement will provide a safe and adequate road/street facility
for the affected area. It is in keeping with the county's/City's plan
of improving their local road/street system on a priority needs basis.
The social, economic and environmental effects of this project upon
the community and the traveling public have been considered and are
believed to be beneficial.
