Dear Mr. Boyer:
I am enclosing copies of deeds adjusting the access control along the
east side of Centennial Road adjacent to the Lorraine Albers' property. The
deed recorded in Book 338, Page 163, closes the 50 ft. access opening that
was in place prior to the Albers' plat. The quitclaim deed recorded in
Book 337,.Page 967, opens the access control 83.14 ft. corresponding to
Rodney Road and 40 ft. corresponding to Rock Road. These two openings will
correspond to the plat on file with the City of Salina.
The Kansas Department of Transportation concurs with the city's approval
of the subject plat. Please address any questions regarding this matter to
the Bureau of Right of Way.
