SALINA. KANSAS 87WI
TO: City Manager
FROM: Carmen Chirveno, Director, Department of Human Resources
SUBJECT: Little House, Inc. chairs
DATE: May 29, 1979
Little House chairs were rented out by the City along with the Memorial
Hall chairs. When the chairs were returned they were not properly sorted
and returned to Little House.
In preparation for the move of Little House to Overland Park, Gary
Jameson, Senior Custodian, checked the Memorial Hall chairs and removed
the unmarked chairs belonging to Little House. Since eight of the
Little House chairs were missing, eight Memorial Hall chairs were used
to replace them. The chairs were repainted with paint furnished by
Little House. The Senior Custodian did the repainting at the direction
of Carmen Chirveno.
Over this past weekend eight chairs were returned. At the present time
they are not marked "Memorial Hall" and are in room 105.
