Second reading Ordinance No. 10-10549 amending Chapter 42, Article VI, Division 17, Section 42-
338 of the Salina Code by adding retail liquor stores to the list of permitted uses in the C-7 district.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 10-10549 was passed on first reading on June 7, 2010. Since that time no comments
have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 10-10549 on second reading.
